I had a such great experience here, everything was great, the location was particularly good really close to the city center, Tuxtla Gutierrez and the centre. The restaurant had a wide range of appetising meals for breakfast...

The room we stayed in was really comfy, and we even had a nice little balcony to enjoy. the staff were super nice and really helpful, always going out of their way to assist us 😊.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Tuxtla. The staff are great; they even returned my forgotten jewellery. The amenities are perfect for me and the location is ideal. I'll be back soon for another trip.

Who needs a good night's sleep? Not me! The noisy neighbors and thin walls made sure I experienced every exciting moment of their late-night parties.

Good location near the city center and quiet from street noise. the AC worked just fine and so did the Wi-Fi. the breakfast was good enough.

There were so many bugs in the room, mostly gnats and mosquitos, and I kept waking up with bites on my arms. the water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, and the water temperature was barely warm, which is not ideal for those who enjoy hot showers.

Located in the heart of the city, this quaint hotel is perfect for a short stay. the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. Guests can enjoy facilities like a refreshing pool, AC, and WiFi, which work perfectly fine. the rooms are small but comfortable with vibrant art on the walls which adds a popped of color. the bathroom is clean with warm water although the water pressure could be a bit better.

There were some issues with the internet and some staff members ignored guests, but these are minor problems that don't diminish the overall enjoyable experience.
